Laura Hogan is an American artist currently living and creating in Moscow, Russia. With a background in fine art and neuropsychology, Laura’s artistic development is entwined with her life-long curiosity for phenomenology and the subjective nature of the shared human experience.
While her work has evolved over time to cover many mediums, its intent has always been to inspire conversations about the subjective realities created by the human mind. The goal of Laura’s art is to inspire her viewers to better understand the differences in human perspectives and to strive to see one another’s points of view more clearly. She seeks to delve into the relativity of the mind in order to illuminate the endless interpretations that may be derived from a single work of art.
